After the California Northern District harassed Reshma Kamath in the year 2025, along with the California State Bar Court - while her Parents were critically ill, the California Northern District has continued inflicting harassment upon Reshma Kamath (breaking-and-entering her House with an illegal arrest warrant that a racist judge from the Northern District of California issued) shackling her ankles, handcuffing her wrists and bounding her in her night-gown during the wee hours of the night from her bed, in front of her critically-ill Parents in June 2025, November 2025, and February 2026. Now, a California Northern District judge - after conspiring with the local police in the county where Reshma Kamath resides - have tried to deem her "crazy" and "mental" saying the judge relies on gut science of "terrible lurches." Reshma Kamath has filed a lawsuit against the FBI, Air India perpetrators and the SFO Border and Customs Police for extreme police violence and brutality leading to blood supply constriction, severe bruising, OBGYN issues to her back and stomach, deep-seated pain in her neck, limbs and back, with trauma of the police's repeated violent arrest with breaking-and-entering in her residential abode. This is HARASSMENT IN AMERICA AGAINST NON-WHITE WOMEN.

Reshma Kamath was litigation counsel for civil-business, property disputes, probate, technology, landlord-tenant, amongst other matters, in the State of California. Reshma Kamath was a judicial extern for Honorable Judge Marvin E. Aspen at the Northern District of Illinois.
